You are required to purchase an i>clicker remote for in-class
participation. i>clicker is a response system that allows you
to respond to questions I pose during class, and you will be graded on
that feedback and/or your in-class participation. In order to
receive this credit, you will need to register your i>clicker remote
online by September, 30, 2009. You must have come to class at
least once and voted on at least one question in order to complete this
registration properly. Once you have voted on a question in class
complete the registration process below:
1) Figure out what your student I.D.
will be for iClicker registration.
Below is the schedule of lab sections. Find
your lab section and note the Lab
number (second line of information for each lab section below):
Now locate the last four digits of your student
number on your Sonoma State University I.D. card (in the example below
the last four digits of the card would be 6789)
Your student
I.D. for iClicker registration is your Lab number followed by the last four
of your Sonoma State University I.D. card. See the two examples
below:
A student in Lab 01 whose last four digits of
their Sonoma State University I.D. are 3564 would have an iClicker student I.D. of 013564.
A student in Lab 15 whose last four digits of
their Sonoma State
University I.D. are 9999 would have an iClicker student I.D. of 159999.
2) Locate your iClicker remote I.D. on the back of the remote as shown
below:
3) After you have figured out what your iClicker student I.D. and your remote
I.D. you are ready to go to the iClicker remote registration web page
