Below are links to resources you can use if you are having trouble running MyITLab on your computer. Try each of the links in order until one of them fixes your problem:
1) Run the MyITLab
Home Diagnostic Tool Kit
on your computer to see if it is setup correctly.
2) Use the information and
student support services
offered on the MyITLab website.
3) If the above two items do not correct your problem bring your computer to your next lab meeting.
