The SBC68K single board computer is based on a Motorola 68000 processor. Each board is equipped with ROM containing a monitor (TUTOR) for interacting with a terminal; two serial ports; a parallel port; 64K of RAM; timers (associated with the serial and parallel ports); and floppy disk controllers.

There is a manual describing the features and use of the the SBC68K. A copy of the manual is kept with each computer. Also kept with each computer is a section of the reference manual for the DUART.
