Educational Background
Dr. Watts received her Ph.D. from the
Computer Science Department
at the University of Pittsburgh.
Research
Dr. Watts' primary research interest is in Computer Science Education.
Currently she is working on a GUI interface for beginning programmers called
SFC - A Structured Flow Chart Editor

- This informal group works to support women in the computer science
program at SSU. Gatherings should be held approximately every month with a
loose topic for discussion. Previous meetings have focused on issues and
coping strategies for women in computer science.
