Special thanks go to Michel Davidoff whose assistance was invaluable in the acquisition of the original networking equipment, in getting equipment working properly, and in developing ideas for the laboratory and for laboratory exercises, and who continues to be incredibly helpful in facilitating donations of equipment.

SSU IT Department

The initial 3COM switches used to initiate the lab when it was housed in Darwin Hall were contributed by Sonoma State University's IT Department.

CAIDA

Three of the original Cisco 7000 routers were donated by the Cooperative Association for Internet Data Analysis CAIDA through their program for developing internet teaching laboratories ITL.

Cisco Systems

Many of the switches and routers were donated by Cisco.

Panduit

The cabling accessories (patch panels, cable management, etc.) were donated by Panduit.

Belden

The network cable was donated by Belden.
